Dover House Resort

I had an excellent stay. It’s in a prime location close to the beach and all of the shops/restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was beautiful too! I’ll definitely stay here in the future!

My husband and l had the opportunity to stay a week at the Dover House. It was my 68th birthday. I must say it was a wonderful experience. Our unit was clean and ready before time to check in. I’ve never seen anything like it. From day one we picked up our package until we left, they were very professional and prompt. Angie made sure all of our needs were met. We had a few hiccups, but she made sure we wouldn’t be able to complain about anything. We felt special. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach. If we ever go back to Delray Beach, the Dover House would be our place to stay. Thank you for making our stay exceptional.

Loved this beautiful place! Location can’t be beat. Walk to everything! Such a beautiful view. Very clean inside and out. The rooms were smaller than expected for 4 people, but it’s a small price to pay for the location!

Girls weekend. Loved our stay here. The location was perfect and the staff ,especially Alexa, could not have been more accommodating from the early check-in to the location of our rooms. Anything you need is a simple text away and the response was so quick. I will definitely stay at the Dover House again if I travel to Delray Beach.

The self check-in process was incredibly easy and convenient, allowing us to settle in right away without any hassle. The service from the Dover House employees was exceptional—every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The entire property is beautifully maintained, from the manicured grounds to the spotless rooms. Everything felt clean, organized, and thoughtfully cared for, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and spending quiet afternoons by the beach made this trip exactly what we needed. It’s the kind of place that helps you slow down and truly unwind. We’ll definitely be back.

I absolutely love everything about this place! The location is perfect—right by the beach with beautiful ocean views and a great restaurant nearby. Room 401 was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. What truly makes Dover House Resort stand out is the service, especially from Rebert. He always goes above and beyond for guests. Every time I visit, he greets me with a warm smile and makes sure I have everything I need. He’s very professional, friendly, and always willing to help whether it’s giving local recommendations, assisting with luggage, or checking in to see if everything is okay. You can tell he truly cares about his job and the guests’ experience. I always see him working hard from morning to evening, and he never loses his positive attitude. Rebert really deserves recognition (and a raise!) for his dedication and kindness. He makes every stay feel special. I can’t wait to come back again!

Across A1A from the Atlantic ocean, one half block from Atlantic Ave, the “main street” through Delray. Nicely renovated room and friendly, attentive staff. All communication with the front Desk was via text but the communication and ease or checkin/out was flawless. Staff arrived quickly with anything we requested via text. Perfect spot, perfect stay.
